Squash … it’s fast and furious and it’s always been a big part of life at Rossis. In May 2018 we celebrated 40 years of squash at Rossis with a very special Exhibition Match and Dinner when we were joined by Commonwealth Gold Medal Winner James Willstrop, Daryl Selby, Matt Summer (standing in for the injured Tom Smith), Craig Aldred, Matthew Bolt, Henry Geaves and Malcolm Willstrop.
Rossis has 2 glass-backed squash courts and 1 enclosed court. Squash is great for all ages and all standards and helps cardiovascular health, increases flexibility and back strength, promotes coordination, agility and flexibility and builds hand-eye coordination.
Rossis have teams in the Norfolk Winter and Summer Squash Leagues plus there are internal club leagues and tournaments too which all players can enter.
We also offer Racketball which uses a larger ball that doesn’t need warming-up and is slower, giving the opponent more time to react, meaning longer rallies. Racketball rackets are available to hire from Reception at £2 per racket and coaching is available – please ask for more information.
Membership
Squash is included in all Rossis Membership levels. Guests accompanying Members can also play at an additional fee.

Junior (Under 12’s) - £25
12- 17 years - £45
New member joining fee - £20
Guest Fees - £9
Court Fee - £5
If two adult members of the same family are paying for membership then children (under 17) from the same family can play for no extra cost. (Court fee still applies)

Leagues
Rossis has internal Squash Leagues and players can get involved by adding their names to the list to be found on the squash noticeboard or contact Tom Smith, Rossis Squash Coach).
Rossis also play in the Norfolk Squash Leagues, both Summer (mid June to mid September) and Winter (mid October to mid March), participating in Divisions 1, 2, 3 and Premier League.
