Plus, they’re quick to prepare and can make a great on-the-go snack.
Choose from a whole rainbow of fruits – mango, papaya, blueberries, strawberries, banana, pineapple, peach. But why not add some sneaky veggies too – spinach, kale, beetroot, avocado.
Chia seeds or ground flax seeds bring omega 3 fatty acids and are full of fibre. Nut butters offer healthy fats and a boost of protein and Greek Yoghurt will boast your protein count too.
