During this unprecedented time which sees us confined to our own homes, it can be really tricky to know what to do to keep active and stay social, all whilst maintaining social distancing and following government guidelines.

We are pleased to say we are here to help! We have set up a growing community on Facebook where both our team and members are sharing content ideas and interacting with one another - it's a really sociable place to be!

We will accept your request to join and you will then be part of our community, you can even invite your friends and family to join in the fun too. 

The group has been set up to share health, wellness and fitness content and ideas. A place where we can all work out together, encourage and support each other and generally help each other stay healthy and move more during this period of time where we are being told to stay home.
