Covid-19 Health & Safety Rules
THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF OUR MEMBERS AND OUR TEAM IS OF PARAMOUNT PRIORITY.
These are our procedures which will help keep us all safe and well.
Your safety and that of our team is our priority and we will continue to offer a premium wellbeing experience here at Rossis.
We have incorporated cleaning, sanitisation procedures and social distancing guidelines which are there to give you peace of mind. We take our responsibilities to you very seriously.
What to expect when you come in ……
We are closely following both Government guidelines and industry best practices. Social distancing will be practiced by our team members at all times.
We will be socially distancing in our gym area to ensure there is space to work out safely.
There will be limited bookings for group exercise classes.
All front of house staff will wear a mask to protect both members and other team members.
We ask members and team members to remain a safe distance apart in line with current social distancing guidelines.
Clear signage throughout Rossis explains all our procedures and we are here to support you in your fitness journey safely
We have increased our cleaning and sanitisation procedures to maintain hygiene from reception, through to the gym, swimming pool, studio, changing facilities and toilets.
The gym will be monitored throughout each session and all members are respectfully asked to sanitise their equipment.
All front of house staff have had full sanitisation training. Our cleaning team will be visible during your visit to us. There are increased sanitisation stations throughout Rossis.
We have a full track and trace system in place and know what members are in the club and at what time.
Our team are fully trained and understand what it is that they need to do to ensure your safety and the safety of those around them. We do not expect any member or team member to attend Rossis if they are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19. We will expect all members and team members to sanitise their hands on arrival and wash hands thoroughly whilst here.
Front of house team members will wear PPE as required and as good practice will wear visors at all times. Disposable gloves and aprons will be worn when cleaning and sanitising.
Enjoy your Rossis experience……
You may bring your own filled bottle of water but we are unable to offer a facility to fill your bottle up. You cannot bring a towel but we will supply disposable blue roll. We will expect you to sanitise the equipment that you have used ready for the next member. We will perform a deep clean after each session. Please attend wearing your gym kit as there are no changing facilities available for gym users. A toilet is available in reception. You can still have inductions, programmes and personal training sessions.
Please attend wearing your swimming costume under your clothes - this is to minimise your time within the changing rooms. Please ensure that you keep contact with surfaces to a minimum.
Group Exercise Classes
There is a timetable of classes available on the website and these are bookable via fitsense, online or by calling reception. Timings vary and numbers are reduced from usual capacity. Please attend wearing clothes and footwear suitable for your class as there are no changing facilities available.
Whilst using the gym or attending a class, toilet facilities are available in the reception area. The bistro won’t be open however you can purchase takeaway tea or coffee from reception.
Prioritise your own health, safety and wellbeing as well as those around you
Please don’t come into Rossis if you feel unwell. Let us know if you or anyone in your household develops Covid-19 symptoms. Wipe down equipment before and after use. Wash your hands and use the sanitiser provided. Where possible please download the fitsense app. You can book classes and be kept up to date with all our latest information. Make sure reception has all up to date contact details so you can be the first to find out about changes.
We respectfully ask that you speak to us first if you want to share your concerns, observations or help us to do better. Social media is a great forum for communication and we love feedback. At this time, in the first instance please make sure you come and talk to one of the front of house team.
