Take part in one of our aerobic classes which vary to suit everybody’s hectic lifestyle. All classes are 55 minutes long and take place in our fully air–conditioned Dance Studio with sprung floor.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Aquacise – Welcome to this new concept in water exercise using buoyancy belts. Ideal training for all levels of ability, age and medical conditions. Being able to swim is not a requirement.

Aquafit (in the pool) - A low impact aerobic workout in the water. A top to toe workout aimed for toning and fat burning. A fun workout using woggles and paddles for that all over body workout!

Body Combat - Non-Contact martial fitness workout using kicks, strikes and blocks choreographed to inspiring music. Recommended for people of all ages and fitness levels, Body Combat is an empowering, athletic workout that will have you "fighting fit" in no time.

Body Pump - Body Pump is a weight training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body. Suitable for men and women of all levels of fitness, Body Pump is a non-impact, resistance training program using barbells and easily adjustable weights.
Bums, Legs and Tums - Not as you know it! A toning class that specifically works on those Bums, Legs and Tums.

Circuits - A high intensity circuit training class that exercises all the major muscle groups. Work out at your own rate.

Fitness Pilates - A body conditioning technique designed to create inner strength and flexibility without building bulky muscles. The focus is on balance and aligning the body to ultimately improve posture.

Fitness Yoga – A fitness programme that incorporates deep stretch, yoga postures and pilates exercises. It can develop strength, balance and flexibility. Postures are prescribed from the body’s natural anatomical perspective using the language of fitness. Fitness yoga is not appropriate for people with diagnosed back problems or expectant mothers.  

Fitness Yogalates – A programme incorporating yoga postures and pilates exercises to strengthen, balance, improve flexibility and posture.

Hi / Lo Aerobics - This traditional high / low aerobics and toning class provides a highly effective and motivating total body workout. Great for all levels of fitness.

Morning Circuit - Multi-level circuit class includes cardio and resistance to increase your stamina and strength. Excellent fat burner!!

Step Intervals – Basic step combinations with interval resistance stations. A good all round workout.

Total Body Workout – A combination of aerobics, upper and lower body toning exercises to blitz the body into shape.

Member – £3 per class

Non Member – £4.30 per class, 10 Session Card – £38.70
Please collect a pass at reception prior to the class

• Participation for latecomers is at the discretion of the instructor

• Expectant mothers should consult their doctors before taking part

• Inform the instructor prior to the class if you wish to leave early

• Classes and instructors are subject to change

• Please ensure you wear suitable footwear to all classes
